WHEREAS all Ladonian Ministers are Foreign Ministers and Diplomats who represent our Nation to the Nations wherein they reside, in all areas of diplomacy, under the auspices of our State Secretary, His Excellency Lars Vilks, and in congruence with the wishes of Her Majesty, Queen Ywonne I Jarl
THEREFORE all Ladonian Ministers do declare and assume Diplomatic Immunity as accorded by International Law.
